i. Concours Glaze
Concours Glaze was originally designed by and for the founders of zymol for their personal cars. Now it is available to everyone who demands a "show-car" gloss and depth of shine. This is suitable for all paint types and colours. Concours contains 47 percent Brazilian No. 1 White and Yellow Carnauba by volume (90% White, 10% Yellow).
ii. Vintage Wax
61% Carnauba (100% white)
Vintage Glaze is based on a custom formula developed for the 1947 Bentley Mark VI Cabriolet by Franay, winner of several “Best of shows” in its debut year on the Concours circuit. Among the protective ingredients in Vintage are Evergreen, Honeydew, Coconut, Cantaloupe and Sunflower oils. It is suitable for all paint types and colours. Vintage contains 61% Brazilian No. 1 White Carnauba by volume, the highest in any automotive finish protective product.
Process
•Vehicle is firstly rinsed with cold water high pressure wash followed by complete foam hand wash to remove any loose dirt and grime.
• Zymöl wheel cleaner is applied and worked into to wheel using a detailing brush then rinsed, removing old brake dust leaving a near perfect finish.
• Vehicle is washed again using Zymöl clear auto bath and soft micro fibre sponge then rinsed using 0 PPM cold water.
• Hand dried with micro fibre drying towel.
• Decontamination of all exterior panels including glass and wheels using Zymöl Lehm Klay and lube and dried with micro fibre towel.
• Apply Zymöl HD cleanse pre-wax cleaner to all painted panels, door shuts, glass and wheels. Remove with micro fibre towel to reveal a perfect finish.
• Zymöl Vintage wax is applied to all the vehicles painted panels including door shuts and wheels. Then buffed with a micro fibre towel to reveal a deep reflective finish.
• All exterior metalwork is cleaned and polished using Zymöl metal cleaner.
• Tires dressed with Zymöl Tyre. Feeding the rubber to prevent rubber fatigue.
• Rubber seals are cleaned and treated with Zymöl Seal, soft seal conditioner
• The final stage is to apply Zymöl field glaze to the paintwork to remove any remaining wax residue
